What is the Return Policy?

There are no returns allowed, unless if you find any defect in our fabric, Please check fabric immediately for manufacturing faults and notify us within 10 days of your ship date to authorize a return and it can be exchanged for the same amount of the same fabric.  We will pay for return shipping charge.  Original shipping charge is non-refundable.

If your package arrives damaged, carefully open it from the other end of the roll and inspect the fabric. If the fabric is damaged, save the wrapper for the shipping company’s inspection, and contact us immediately.   We will exchange any fabric damaged by the shipping company in accordance with the shipping company’s procedures and authorization. All shipments are insured for the full value.

If a package is lost in transit we will replace it immediately but will not cancel the order due loss or damage claim
