How do I order fabrics?
To place
an order select a products from our web site,
Print
out order form and note down the respective product number, and
then choose any one of the following options:
- Fax the
order selection at 604-590-8341
- Email
your order to sales@eastwestfabrics.com
Where can I get samples without coming to the store?
Sorry, we are not
providing samples at this time.
What's your shipping procedure?
We will ship
your order as soon as possible, using YOUR preferred carrier OR a
varietyof
shipping options and delivery methods. We ship via Canada Post,
Canpar, UPS, FEDEX, DHL or as per customer request. The
shipping charge is based on the carrier selection. We do not charge
any extra shipping or handling charge.
UPS Ground, Fed EX Ground or
USPS Priority Mail and transit time varies by
location. Some carriers cannot deliver to a PO Box so please order
with a full street address and telephone number in case they need
to contact you.
Shipping
cost of your order is
based on the weight, dimension, shipping method and delivery
address. NO HANDLING
CHARGES.
But due to the limitations of
web ordering processes, we are not able to link individual orders
to the exact costs of shipping and packaging. The variety of
sizes and weights of our items and fabrics limit our ability to
accurately calculate exact costs of each order.
Our costs are approximately 5
to 10% for within Canada
orders, and maybe 10 to12% for US
orders, depending on value of shipment. We will try to keep shipping
costs down.
Eastwestfabrics.com is not in
business to profit from your shipping charges.
We hope you appreciate our

your order. We will advise you on your shipping cost.
How long
is Processing and Shipping Time?
After payment process is
complete, we ship orders within 3-4 days. The total time will
take to receive your items is determined by the shipping option you
choose. You can calculate you delivery date by the following
method:

processing 1 to 5 days, plus
- Shipping
method 2- 7 days, depending on your choice, plus
We will E-Mail your shipping
confirmation and tracking number. If the items you selected will
take more than 6-8 business days to arrive, we will E-Mail you a
new date.
What are my payment options?

Paypal ( Accepts all major
credit cards, debit cards, electronic checks and debits from your
own Paypal account. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can
sign up online. Our Check out is integrated with the Paypal
system, it is now automatic without the necessity of a follow up
invoice, but for
fabrics please email your order and we will send you a Paypal
invoice.
All prices are in Canadian
Dollars.
What is the Return Policy?
There are no returns allowed,
unless if you find any defect in our fabric, Please check fabric
immediately for manufacturing faults and notify us within 10 days
of your ship date to authorize a return and it can be exchanged for
the same amount of the same fabric. We will pay for return
shipping charge. Original shipping charge is
non-refundable.
If your package arrives
damaged, carefully open it from the other end of the roll and
inspect the fabric. If the fabric is damaged, save the wrapper for
the shipping company's inspection, and contact us immediately.
We will exchange any fabric damaged by the shipping
company in accordance with the shipping company's procedures and
authorization. All shipments are insured for the full
value.
If a package is lost in
transit we will replace it immediately but will not cancel the
order due loss or damage claim
